It's true what they say, I ordered skirt steak and sold me chan. They treat you like you don't know cuts of meat, they try to fool you. I don't buy anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voce pede uma carne eles preparam e embalam outra, pessimo atendimento, se tivesse a opção de dar 0 estrelas daria. Ja foi um otimo açougue hoje pela safadeza, malandragem tornou-se péssimo.
You order a meat they prepare and pack another, bad service, if you had the option to give 0 stars would give. It was once a great butcher shop today for its naughtiness, trickery became terrible.

Um dia escolhi na vitrine um pedaço de carne, o rapaz pegou o que eu escolhi e quando um outro que estava limpando na bancada perguntou pra o que era, o que estava me atendendo disse que era pra moer o cara que tava limpando deu um outro pedaço que estava na mesa pra ele por no lugar so que eu vi e disse que queria o que eu tinha escolhido o mesmo contrariado foi pra longe dos meus olhos e moeu sei la o que no lugar pq certamente nao foi o que eu pedi. Isso esta longe de estar certo.
They serve you well, smile at you, but sell you cat for hare. One day I chose a piece of meat in the window, the boy took what I chose and when another one who was cleaning on the counter asked what it was, what was attending me said it was to grind the guy who was cleaning gave another piece that was on the table for him to put in place only that I saw and said he wanted what I had chosen the same was out of my eyes and ground whatever I know in the place because it was certainly not what I asked. This is far from right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito desse Açougue , atendimento cara a cara é Excelente ,mas hoje me decepcionei sempre pedi para ser entregue nunca reparei que tinha valor mínimo ....me foi sugerido aumento para ser entregue entso aumentei . Após os 55 minutos nada de chegar ao ligar para saber o pq de não chegar a frieza e desdenho foi tão grande que me decepcionou mais ainda que cancelei o pedido!!
Aí Augusto cuidado ,vc e 10 mas houve uma falta de respeito das grandes!!
I really like this butcher shop, face-to-face service is excellent, but today I was disappointed I always asked to be delivered I never noticed it had a minimum value .... I was suggested an increase to be delivered so I increased it. After 55 minutes, nothing came when I called to find out why I didn't get cold and disdain was so great that I was even more disappointed that I canceled the order !!
Then Augusto beware, you and 10 but there was a lack of respect from the big ones !!
