★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que quero um serviço venho no Google ver as avaliações e devido a algumas, liguei e resolvi marcar uma aula teste de natação para meus filhos, ( já fiz um plano em outra academia e eles não aprenderam nada) então, creio que seja ao menos justo, uma aula teste, a atendente disse que eu deveria pagar 35 reais por cada filho, é a primeira academia que vejo algo assim, trabalhei em academia por 17 anos,( inclusivé a Aquasport da vila Mariana), grandes academias e nunca vi algo do gênero, sou formada em Ed física e hj tenho trabalho em outro negócio.... só tenho algo a dizer, perderam clientes.....eu não posso nem conhecer e ver se meus filhos gostam???...tenho que pagar pra vêr....me senti como cliente diminuída e a empresa maiorizada por si só....
Whenever I want a service I come to Google to see the reviews and due to some, I called and decided to schedule a test swimming class for my children, (I already made a plan at another gym and they didn't learn anything) so, I think it's at least fair, a test class, the attendant said I should pay 35 reais for each child, it's the first gym I see something like this, I worked in a gym for 17 years (including Aquasport from Vila Mariana), big gyms and I've never seen anything I have a degree in physical education and today I have work in another business.... I just have something to say, they lost clients..... I can't even meet and see if my children like it???... I have to pay to see.... I felt like a diminished customer and the company increased by itself....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas filhas fazem natação, a infraestrutura muito boa, os professores são muito educado, mas não aconselho para criança que já sabem nadar, pois ficam numa piscina baixa, mas brincam do que realmente treinam. Eles possuem piscinas semi olimpícas porém nunca vi usar.
My daughters do swimming, the infrastructure is very good, the teachers are very polite, but I don't advise it for children who already know how to swim, as they are in a low pool, but they play what they really train. They have semi-Olympic pools but I've never seen them use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natação infantil sofrível. Pelos anos de tradição esperava muito mais. Não investiram em modernizar processos e capacitação dia instrutores que são apáticos.
Infraestrutura ruim, toaletes sujos e água fria nas duchas, as crianças que precisam "esperar esquentar" em dias frios.
Fora que acumulam aulas nos mesmos horários e a quantidade de duchas são insuficientes...Ficamos com as crianças no frio, molhadas, esperando os adultos de outras aulas sairem.
Lanchonete triste, apagada sem opções de alimentação.
Tentar resolver algo por telefone é uma luta, pedem para ir presencial para consultar uma simples mudanca de horário.
No quesito evolução, em um ano e meio de aulas, A coordenação nunca chamou para explicar as fases da minha criança, me entregou uma folha sulfite no final do ano com informações generalistas. Ruim. Bem ruim!
Para renovar o o plano a pessoa do comercial sequer cumprimenta, manda via WhatsApp 6XR$. Educação e gentileza passou longe.
Poor children's swimming. From the years of tradition I expected much more. They have not invested in modernizing processes and training instructors who are apathetic.
Bad infrastructure, dirty toilets and cold water in the showers, children who have to "wait to warm up" on cold days.
Apart from that they accumulate classes at the same times and the number of showers is insufficient... We stay with the children in the cold, wet, waiting for the adults from other classes to leave.
Sad diner, unlit with no food options.
Trying to solve something over the phone is a struggle, they ask to go in person to consult a simple time change.
In terms of evolution, in a year and a half of classes, the coordination never called to explain the stages of my child, they gave me a sulfite sheet at the end of the year with general information. Bad. Too bad!
To renew the plan, the commercial person doesn't even greet, send via WhatsApp 6XR$. Education and kindness went a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo essa academia! Minha segunda casa! Todos profissionais que ali trabalham são excelentes! O espaço é ótimo arejado, as piscinas aquecidas, três no total, são enormes! Infelizmente por conta da Pandemia muitos horários foram fechados e então tivemos que nos adaptarmos, mas aos poucos tudo irá se encaixar!
Os aparelhos são bons para musculação obs: eu é que não gosto de musculação, prefiro nadar, principalmente porque aprendi a nadar Acqua, tem outras modalidades de esportes todos com seus espaços próprios, a galera falar muito bem!
Super recomendo! O valor sempre dá pra negociar principalmente planos anuais!
I love this gym! My second home! All the professionals who work there are excellent! The space is great airy, the heated pools, three in total, are huge! Unfortunately, because of the pandemic, many schedules were closed and so we had to adapt, but gradually everything will fall into place!
The machines are good for weight training obs: I don't like weight training, I prefer to swim, mainly because I learned to swim Acqua, there are other types of sports all with their own spaces, the guys talk very well!
I highly recommend! The value can always be negotiated, mainly annual plans!
