★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá para ver as instalações. Está bem apertada ao meu ver, mas o atendimento foi bom. O motivo que não me fez fechar/trocar de academia no tocante a natação, foi o uso excessivo do cloro . Do lado de fora vc já sente o cheiro, achei perigoso para a pele . Mas o meu filho aprendeu nadar lá e até hoje possui muita técnica !
 I was there to see the facilities. It's pretty tight in my opinion, but the service was good. The reason I didn't close/change gyms in terms of swimming was the excessive use of chlorine. From the outside you can already smell it, I found it dangerous for the skin. But my son learned to swim there and even today he has a lot of technique!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura da academia é boa, porém a musculação é complicado, não tem ficha com nossos treinos e quando tem algo anotado é uma folha de sulfite que se perde depois. Fiquei treinando duas semanas e não lançaram meu treino no app, ou seja, tinha que ficar todos os dias pedindo para o instrutor. Se mudava de horário, não conseguia treinar pois precisava marcar com o outro instrutor pra fazer o treino, mas não marcam por telefone, tem que ir até a academia só pra marcar um horário.
Infelizmente a impressão que dá é que precisa pagar personal para treinar lá.

Unfortunately, the impression is that you have to pay personal to train there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia tem ótima estrutura, com aparelhos bem conservados, a piscina é grande, e tem excelentes profissionais, o professor Luciano de natação é muito atencioso e dedicado, os professores de musculação Fernando e Victor que dão todo suporte aos alunos, no período da tarde, e ensinam com muita paciência , a aula de Pilates é maravilhosa. Desde a recepção somos muito bem atendidos, a Luciene é sempre muito simpática e prestativa.
The gym has a great structure, with well-maintained equipment, the pool is big, and has excellent professionals, the swimming teacher Luciano is very attentive and dedicated, the bodybuilding teachers Fernando and Victor who give full support to the students, in the afternoon , and they teach with a lot of patience, the Pilates class is wonderful. From the reception we are very well attended, Luciene is always very friendly and helpful.

Ar condicionado quase nunca fica ligado, tem que pedir sempre e toda hora (porque ignoram), embaixo que é área livre e SEM janelas o ar é quebrado ou o único que funciona não fica ligado. O acesso da piscina dá dentro da academia e deixam a porta aberta, ou seja, vento frio e quente.
No horário da tarde decidem limpar com produtos químicos fortes (cloro, removedor, cândida) no meio dos alunos fazendo exercício. Tem 1 professor lá que se preocupa com os alunos, de resto, você vê aluno fazendo exercício errado e eles ignoram já que não estão sendo "pagos".

The access to the pool is inside the gym and they leave the door open, that is, cold and hot wind.
In the afternoon they decide to clean with strong chemicals (chlorine, remover, candida) in the middle of the students exercising. There is 1 teacher there who cares about the students, besides, you see students doing wrong exercises and they ignore them since they are not being "paid".
