★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ótimo condomínio com excelente custo benefício, afinal são 348 apartamentos dividindo uma estrutura enxuta, sem exageros, mas que acabam sendo o suficiente para os moradores, pois tem uma quadra de futsal, uma quadra de basquete ou vôlei, uma quadra de tênis, piscina, saunas seca e à vapor, 3 salões de festas e um ótimo restaurante com delivery para os apartamentos. Originalmente, a maioria dos apartamentos possuem 4 quartos sendo 2 suítes, sala em 2 ambientes, 2 varandas, cozinha, banheiro social, dependência completa de empregada e 2 vagas de garagem.
A great condominium with excellent cost benefit, after all there are 348 apartments sharing a lean structure, without exaggeration, but that end up being enough for the residents, as it has a futsal court, a basketball or volleyball court, a tennis court, a swimming pool , dry and steam saunas, 3 ballrooms and a great restaurant with delivery to the apartments. Originally, most apartments have 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, living room in 2 rooms, 2 balconies, kitchen, social bathroom, complete maid room and 2 parking spaces.
