★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora de atendimento extremamente grande, quase 2h para entrar na sala do médico, é melhor colocar atendimento por ordem de chegada ao invés de hora marcada, a pessoa se programa para resolver outras coisas e acaba ficando preso pela demora

A espera é longa, mas vale a pena quando se tem um médico que realmente honra o diploma que tem e não trata o paciente de acordo com o plano de saúde! Está de parabéns!!!

Além disso a sala de espera tinha muitas pessoas e nenhuma respeitava o distanciamento mínimo exigido em razão da COVID. Se tiverem outra opção não escolham essa, pois irão se arrepender

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo, marquei ontem pelo telefone e a pessoa me pediu o plano, avisei que era intermedica 500 e a mesma me marcou pra hoje o atendimento, pedi liberação no meu trabalho pra consegui vir e quando chego aqui eles não atendem intermedica.
Não instruem seus funcionários, fazem perdermos tempo e simplesmente não te atendem!!
Não indico a ninguém!!!

They don't instruct their employees, they make us waste time and they just don't attend to you!!
