As aulas de natação são ótimas e atendem todas as idades. Ponto de destaque à piscina! Os professores são profissionais, atenciosos e dedicados. Nunca tive problema com agendamento de aulas. Só elogios!!
 I am quite satisfied with the gym. In addition to the location being spacious and well structured, the weight training equipment is of excellent quality. The swimming lessons are great and cater for all ages. Highlight to the pool! Teachers are professional, caring and dedicated. I never had a problem with scheduling classes. Only compliments !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou fazendo hidro lá. Fui mto bem atendida, mas quando uma pessoa me chamou e falou assim: o que nós podemos fazer pra melhorar pra vc aqui. Foi excepcional. Digo isso pq tenho comodidade. Gostaria de fazer um adendo. Depois de 6 meses frequentando ainda não colocaram a barra de apoio na entrada para auxiliar na entrada. Thiago, por favor, iria ajudar muito.

Fui checar a natação para bebes aos sábados, mas apenas depois que fui até o local fui avisado que não haviam mais vagas. Que vão ligar se alguém desistir. Pq não avisam isso antes? Nem perderia meu tempo. Além disso, passaram valores que no dia seguinte já serão reajustados. Tudo isso passado com um ar de que não se importam se eu ia colocar minha filha lá ou não. Então é isso. Obrigado pela falta de consideração. E nem precisa me ligar mais pq eu não vou mais colocar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trouxe a minha filha para a primeira aula experimental não permitiram q eu assistisse a aula e fui convidada a me retirar do local na porta do vestiário pois eu estava com minha cachorrinha super pequena no colo e na coleira. Passei por constrangimento, pois vários pais e alunos presenciaram essa situação. OBVIAMENTE eu não sabia e nem vi algum informativo. Só para reforçar era a primeira vez e minha cachorrinha estava no colo e na coleira.
Lamentável
I brought my daughter for the first experimental class, I was not allowed to attend the class and I was invited to leave the place at the door of the locker room because I had my super small dog on my lap and on a leash. I went through embarrassment, as several parents and students witnessed this situation. OBVIOUSLY I didn't know and I didn't see any information. Just to reinforce it was the first time and my dog was on her lap and on a leash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima academia, espaço amplo, área de piscina grande, com diversas aulas ( diferencial ) , atendimento excelente! Estacionamento na frente, e ao lado. Professores capacitados! Seguem o protocolo de prevenção a COVID, uns ou outros sem máscaras, ou com a máscara de forma inadequada, ( alunos ). Aceitam gympass, resumindo umas das melhores de Jacareí.
Great gym, ample space, large pool area, with several classes (differential), excellent service! Parking at the front and to the side. Trained teachers! They follow the COVID prevention protocol, either without masks, or with the mask inappropriately, (students). They accept gympass, summarizing one of the best in Jacareí.
