★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia fica em uma ótima localização, em uma rua paralela à Estrada Velha São José/Jacareí. Como pretendíamos mudar de academia, eu e meu marido fomos até lá para conhecer um pouco o ambiente e tirar nossas dúvidas na recepção. A impressão foi das piores possíveis. O rapaz que nos atendeu foi bastante arrogante conosco, como se tivéssemos obrigação de saber como o cross fit funciona. Além disso, embora existam mulheres treinando, não achei o ambiente agradável para o público feminino, pois havia homens treinando sem camisa. Todo mundo sente calor, mas ficar sem camisa na academia é falta de respeito. Não recomendo.
The gym is in a great location, on a street parallel to São José / Jacareí Old Road. As we wanted to change the gym, my husband and I went there to get to know the environment a bit and take our doubts to the front desk. The printing was the worst possible. The guy who picked us up was quite arrogant with us, as if we had an obligation to know how the cross fit works. In addition, although there are women training, I did not find the atmosphere pleasant for the female audience, as there were men training without a shirt. Everyone feels hot, but getting a shirt off at the gym is a lack of respect. Would not recommend.

They always value safety, individual limitations and well-being, it is certainly my second home and I will not give up. Gambaru is part of my life and I don't give up !!
