A peça solicitada, paga antecipadamente, foi confeccionada nas medidas erradas. Como solicitei nova peça, fabricaram outra em espessura menor e arranhada que recebí ontem, sábado e vou devolver amanhã. Estresse à vista! Tentaram me enganar. Enganar o cliente!
Terrible! Tomorrow I will go to the store for the fourth time, wasting my precious time, wasting fuel, and the stress that comes from poor service at this store. The requested piece, paid in advance, was made in the wrong measurements. As I requested a new piece, they made another one in a smaller, scratched thickness that I received yesterday, Saturday and I will return tomorrow. Stress in sight! They tried to fool me. Fool the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pelo Matheus. Ele não retornava as ligações, não respondia, a máquina quebrou e ele não me avisou. Eu achando que eu ia receber o produto e a máquina quebrada. Meu prazo tava apertado e o atendimento foi bem frustrante.
I was attended by Matheus. He didn't return calls, didn't answer, the machine broke down and he didn't let me know. Thinking I was going to receive the product and the broken machine. My deadline was tight and the service was very frustrating.
