De cara o atendente me tranquilizou, ligando o PC na minha frente pra verificar os sintomas dele e me garantiu a entrega do orçamento em até 72hrs úteis. Por ser um problema complexo, eles atrasaram 1 dia, mas o técnico foi super atencioso, me atendeu via zap e chamada diversas vezes, me consultou quanto às mudanças que precisava fazer, etc. Eles me deram total liberdade para comprar as peças em outro lugar pra eles montarem. Recomendo muito!
My computer ran in the hands of 3 horrible technicians before going to techbahia, until I saw their evaluations here on maps. Right away the attendant reassured me, turning on the PC in front of me to check his symptoms and guaranteed me the delivery of the budget within 72 working hours. Because it is a complex problem, they were delayed 1 day, but the technician was super attentive, answered me via zap and called several times, consulted me about the changes I needed to make, etc. They gave me complete freedom to buy the parts elsewhere for them to assemble. I highly recommend it!
