Liguei na central pra marcar o exame, falaram que não precisava marcar so comparecer ao laboratório, chegando ao laboratório a atendente disse que precisa AVISAR que vai fazer o exame porque precisa pedir um produto pro exame, so que não tem telefone pra ligar la e avisar, tem que ligar na central pra eles dizerem que não precisa marcar dia. Ou seja, uma completa bagunça, falta de organização e falta de respeito.
Terrible laboratory. I called the central to schedule the exam, they said that I did not need to make an appointment just to go to the laboratory, when the attendant arrived at the laboratory, she said she needs to NOTIFY that she is going to take the exam because she needs to order a product for the exam, but there is no phone to call her and notify her , you have to call the central so they can tell you that you don't need to make an appointment. In other words, a complete mess, lack of organization and lack of respect.

Cheguei 1 horas antes pra fazer a ficha, e mesmo assim não fui atendida no horário. Sem contar que minha ultrassom eu precisava estar em jejum, tomar uma grande quantidade de água pra realizar o exame!
Pior laboratório que já frequentei!
They don't meet the scheduled time!
I arrived 1 hour early to make the form, and even then I was not answered on time. Not to mention that my ultrasound I needed to be fasting, drink a lot of water to perform the exam!
Worst lab I've ever been to!
