★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos uma ótima viagem para Caldas Novas entre 4 e 8 de fevereiro desse ano .
O ônibus estava impecável , limpo, ar condicionado gelando , mantas quentinhas para os momentos de frio e os bancos eram muito confortáveis . Os motoristas são muito educados e dirigem com muito cuidado e responsabilidade ( não são imprudentes como os que já presenciei em outras empresas) . Não me lembro o nome deles mas estão de parabéns .
We had a great trip to Caldas Novas between February 4th and 8th this year.
The bus was spotless, clean, air conditioning was freezing, blankets were warm for the cold moments and the seats were very comfortable. The drivers are very polite and drive with great care and responsibility (they are not as reckless as those I have seen in other companies). I don't remember their names but they are to be congratulated.

Don't forget anything in their car!! A lack of politeness with the customer, if you forget something you will be without. They had no respect for me!! I do not recommend this company!!!

Infelizmente, uma péssima experiência, o ônibus parecia não ter amortecimento, pulava fortemente o tempo todo, parecendo que ia desmontar. Foi um pesadelo a viagem. A primeira e última experiência com Buser e Actur.
I took a trip via Buser with Actur on 02/01/2022 from Nova Serrana to Belo Horizonte. Unfortunately, a bad experience, the bus seemed to have no cushioning, it bounced heavily all the time, looking like it was going to dismount. It was a nightmare to travel. The first and last experience with Buser and Actur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajei pela buser, através da Actur, péssima viagem, ônibus toco (intermunicipal), poltrona quase em pé, banheiro inoperante para uma viajem de quase 12 hs, o ônibus deveria ser no mínimo interestadual, trucado. Achei q viajaria de buser ROSA, grande, nunca mais!!! Nem indico.
I traveled by buser, through Actur, bad trip, bus stop (intercity), armchair almost standing, bathroom inoperative for a trip of almost 12 hours, the bus should be at least interstate, truncated. I thought I would travel by buser ROSA, big, never again!!! I don't even indicate.
