Indolor, eficaz e numa promoção muito boa. Me ganharam na simpatia do atendimento e no profissionalismo da execução do serviço. Gostei muito mesmo. Parabens!!!
It took me a long time to finally find a decent place to shave my beard. I didn't expect much but their equipment surprised A LOT !!! Painless, effective and a very good promotion. They won me in the friendliness of the service and the professionalism of the service. I liked very much. Congratulations!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepção é péssimo. Simplesmente não atendem e não respondem o whatsapp. Tem duas secretárias para que? Você tenta marcar e não consegue. Primeira e última vez que eu faço qualquer serviço lá.
Reception service is terrible. They just don't answer and don't answer whatsapp. What do you have two desks for? You try to score and you can't. First and last time I do any service there.

Hoje, 30 de abril, ainda não consegui remarcar e estão me dizendo que só tem horário para dia 25 de maio. Quase um mês depois!!! Péssimo, não recomendo fecharem pacote nessa franquia.
The professionals are good, but it's a delivery to reschedule a session. There's never a time. I had to cancel my April 11 session. Today, April 30th, I still haven't been able to reschedule and they're telling me that they only have a time for May 25th. Almost a month later!!! Terrible, I do not recommend closing a package on this franchise.
