The products are great, but it loses out to the rigid and inflexible customer service. I was not well taken care of with my recent purchase. Adcos could also improve its values, since the brand uses a national composition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre usei o protetor em bastão com cor. Meu marido comprou um de presente de natal pra mim em dezembro, mas errou a cor. Fui trocar (produto lacrado, intacto) e disseram que o produto estava em promoção quando ele comprou, e por isso não poderiam fazer a troca (???). Eu queria fazer uma troca pelo MESMO PRODUTO, e que é fixo na linha da Adcos há anos. Ele não comprou pq estava em promoção, comprou pq é o produto que eu uso sempre!!!! Depois de muita demora, disseram que, mesmo contra a política da empresa, iriam trocar, mas eu teria que pagar a diferença do valor (que era de 20 reais). Sempre comprei esse produto pelo mesmo preço, meu marido apenas deu o "azar" de encontrar o produto em promoção e, quando comprou, a vendedora disse que, se não servisse, poderia trocar a cor sem problemas. Entretanto, na hora de trocar, todo esse transtorno. Minha indignação não é pelo valor, mas sim por toda essa situação extremamente desnecessária ocasionada por eles mesmos!! Nunca mais volto nessa loja e nunca mais compro nada da Adcos. Péssimo!!!
I've always used the color stick protector. My husband bought me one as a Christmas present in December, but he got the color wrong. I went to exchange (sealed, intact product) and they said the product was on sale when he bought it, so they couldn't make the exchange (???). I wanted to make an exchange for the SAME PRODUCT, and that has been fixed in the Adcos line for years. He didn't buy it because it was on sale, he bought it because it's the product I always use!!!! After a long delay, they said that, even against company policy, they would exchange it, but I would have to pay the difference in value (which was 20 reais). I always bought this product for the same price, my husband was just "unlucky" to find the product on sale and, when he bought it, the seller said that if it didn't fit, he could change the color without any problems. However, at the time of changing, all this inconvenience. My indignation is not for the value, but for all this extremely unnecessary situation caused by themselves!! I will never go back to this store and I will never buy anything from Adcos again. Terrible!!!
