★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima loja fui super mal atendida pois fui efetuar uma troca de um pijama de colecao nova que meu filho ganhou de aniversario e ao escolher o produto que meu filho queria uma lancheira do Hary Potter a gerente logo falou alto que era colecao exclusiva que nao podeia entrar na troca de mercadorias.
De onde procede essa informacao pq nunca vi restricao parecida.
Inclusive pq na loja do shopping.mooca nao houve tal restricao so nao efetuei a troca pq nao tinha mais o produto e na loja do shop. Analia franco foi efetuada a troca sem qq problema e com excelencia e educacao no atendimento.
Embora sejam lojas franqueadas entendo que devam seguir uma mesmo padrao de trabalho pq se em 2 lojas iriam trocar sem qq restricao entendo que tb a loja do center norte deveria seguir a mesma conduta.
Pessimo o atendimento da gerente que nao fez qq esforco para resolver o problema.
Dessa franquia do center norte onde ja efetuei outras compras vou passar bem longe e avisar a todos meus amigos para fazerem o mesmo. Falta de profissionalismo e orientacao aos empregados.
Nao recomendo esse estabelecimebto a ninguem.
Poor store I was super poorly attended because I went to make a change of a new collection pajamas that my son won birthday and when choosing the product that my son wanted a Hary Potter lunchbox the manager soon said loud that it was an exclusive collection that could not enter in the exchange of goods.
Where does this information come from because I have never seen a similar restriction.
Even because in the mall store.mooca there was no such restriction just did not make the exchange because there was no longer the product and the shop store. Analia frank was made the exchange without any problem and with excellence and education in service.
Although they are franchise stores I understand that they should follow the same standard of work because if in 2 stores they would change without any restriction I understand that the north center store should follow the same conduct.
I feel sorry for the manager who did not make any effort to solve the problem.
From this franchise of the north center where I have already made other purchases I will go far and warn all my friends to do the same. Lack of professionalism and employee orientation.
I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Comprei uma pantufa para minha filha (muito cara por sinal), do tamanho correto de acordo com a vendedora e não serviu, pois a abertura era muito pequena. Ao tentar efetuar a troca, dentro do período estipulado por eles, disseram que era produto de promoção e só poderiam trocar por outro produto de promoção, e pelo valor menor, não pelo valor que eu paguei (R$50 a menos!). Com muito sacrifício, conseguimos trocar o que deu, para não perder o valor todo. Moro fora, sempre que estou no Brasil, gosto de comprar as meias da Puket, pois não acho no país onde eu moro. Nunca mais comprarei lá e não recomendarei para mais ninguém.
Pray you never need to exchange your product! Terrible attendance. I bought a slipper for my daughter (very expensive by the way), the correct size according to the seller and it did not fit because the opening was too small. When trying to make the exchange, within the period stipulated by them, they said it was a promotion product and could only exchange for another promotion product, and for the smaller amount, not the amount I paid ($ 50 less!). With much sacrifice, we managed to exchange what he gave, so as not to lose all the value. I live abroad, whenever I am in Brazil, I like to buy Puket socks, because I don't think in the country where I live. I will never shop there again and will not recommend to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já realizei compras algumas vezes na loja porém o atendimento está cada dia pior, dia 13/11/2021 estava com minha esposa escolhendo um presente e fomos muito mal atendidos, com muito deboche e observei uma cliente que foi trocar um presente sendo humilhada no local pelos funcionários, fiquei chocado com o atendimento que deram para a senhora e a filha que estavam trocando um presente que tinham ganhado, fico com pena do dono da loja que não deve imaginar a forma que seus funcionários trabalham, com certeza não deve ter gerente na loja pra deixar essas coisas acontecerem.
I've already shopped a few times at the store but the service is getting worse every day, on 11/13/2021 I was with my wife choosing a gift and we were very poorly served, with a lot of mockery and I noticed a customer who went to exchange a gift and was humiliated on the spot for the employees, I was shocked with the service they gave to the lady and daughter who were exchanging a gift they had received, I feel sorry for the store owner who must not imagine the way his employees work, he certainly must not have a manager in the store to let these things happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Estive na loja dia 27/05 para comprar um presente. Todas as vendedoras mal humoradas. Todas que estavam ali, sem excessão. Se tem gerente ou não eu não sei, mas é preciso tomar uma providência o quanto antes. Elas estão “espantando” os clientes. Mesmo assim comprei, pois estava atrasada e eu já sabia o que queria. Mas com certeza não volto nunca mais.
Terrible attendance. I was in the store on the 27/05th to buy a gift. All the bad-tempered salespeople. All those who were there, without exception. I don't know if there is a manager or not, but action must be taken as soon as possible. They are “shooing away” customers. I bought it anyway, because I was late and I already knew what I wanted. But I'm definitely never coming back.
