Effective graphics, great products plus a lousy commercial department, bad service with no answers, hours on the phone with no return, really unfortunate a company of this size with lousy service, should invest more in service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produto de qualidade, porém o atendimento comercial deixa muito a desejar. Fomos retirar um pedido que alias estava atrasado e não nos avisaram, e a demora foi de mais de duas horas. Atendimento telefônico praticamente não existe.
Quality product, but the commercial service leaves a lot to be desired. We went to withdraw an order that alias was late and they didn't notify us, and the delay was more than two hours. Telephone service is practically non-existent.
