★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto ao produto, é ok. Agora o atendimento, principalmente o pós venda é uma piada. Equipamento de tempos em tempos tem que renovar uma chave. Não entendo a lógica disso. Você tem que ligar para o suporte, espera 1 hora no telefone literalmente e não é atendido. Resolvi ligar e apertar para vendas, nem chegou a tocar a música. Expliquei para o vendedor a minha insatisfação e ainda foi um baita mal criado. Olha, parabéns Elesys!
As for the product, it's ok. Now the service, especially after sales is a joke. Equipment from time to time has to renew a key. I don't understand the logic of this. You have to call support, literally wait 1 hour on the phone and get no answer. I decided to call and press for sales, not even playing the song. I explained to the seller my dissatisfaction and it was still a hell of a badly created one. Look, congratulations Elesys!
