Meu conselho é, se você for uma pessoa que respeite as leis e as regras e não goste de mentiras NÃO CONTRATE ESTA GENTE!
This is undoubtedly the worst manager I know. A place where lawyers are completely colluded with the transgression of the laws not bothering to harm anyone. My advice is, if you are a person who respects the laws and rules and dislikes lies DO NOT CONTRACT THIS PEOPLE!

Worst administrator there is. I left the apartment more than a month ago and no deposit has been returned. The negligence of this real estate agency is absurd.
