★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Através de um anúncio meu a imobiliária entrou em contato oferendo mundos e fundos para alugar meu imóvel.
Garantindo meu imóvel em perfeito estado, pagamento garantido. Entre outras coisas.
Então deixei eles alugarem, o inquilino ficou um ano e depois saiu, fizeram apenas contrato de 12 meses
Na entrega do imóvel minha casa não estava pintada como entrei, o banheiro estava com vazamento, o foro da cozinha estava com problemas por causa desse vazamento.
Só na sala havia uns 50 buracos na parede.
Entrei em contato com eles, e pra minha surpresa falaram que não podiam fazer nada e se eu quisesse poderia entrar na justiça e pedi os reparos.
Como uma empresa pega seu imóvel em perfeito estado aluga garantido devolver igual e entrega o imóvel caindo aos pedaços.
Não deixei seu imóvel aí!!!

So I let them rent, the tenant stayed for a year and then left, they only made a 12-month contract
When the property was delivered, my house was not painted as I entered it, the bathroom was leaking, the kitchen area was in trouble because of this leak.
In the room alone there were about 50 holes in the wall.
I got in touch with them, and to my surprise they said they couldn't do anything and if I wanted to, I could go to court and ask for repairs.
As a company takes your property in perfect condition, it is guaranteed to return the same and delivers the property falling apart.
I didn't leave your property there !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O inquilino causou danos no imóvel, saiu sem pagar, roubou alguns itens da casa e a imobiliária não fez nada. Não confiem nesta imobiliária, eles parecem ser até uma quadrilha. Péssima experiência!!!
The tenant caused damage to the property, left without paying, stole some items from the house and the realtor did nothing. Don't trust this realtor, they seem to be a gang. Bad experience!!!
