★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Migrei da SAMPAIO IMÓVEIS, por vários problemas, mas a PREDIAL conseguiu ser pior. Total falta de controle de pagamento de inquilino, cobranças erradas, não controlam o cumprimento das cláusulas contratuais por parte do inquilino. Ou seja, não administram nada.
PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA....
E pra fechar, eles conseguiram ficar 5 meses com meu imóvel vazio,. Daí eu pedi as chaves e com 2 dias de OLX eu aluguei.......
Acreditem. Não paguem pra ver.
Horrible experience. I migrated from SAMPAIO IMÓVEIS, due to several problems, but PREDIAL managed to be worse. Total lack of tenant payment control, wrong charges, do not control the tenant's compliance with contractual clauses. That is, they do not manage anything.
BAD EXPERIENCE....
And to close, they managed to stay 5 months with my property empty. Then I asked for the keys and with 2 days of OLX I rented it......
Believe me. Don't pay to see.

Estou pagando um valor de água sem ter a conta em mãos, sem saber o que eu realmente estou consumindo. Não indico essa empresa pra ninguém. Já paguei duas contas de água sem saber meu consumo ??
I edited the evaluation because they never solve the problems that we try to solve. They stopped sending me the water bill and so far they have not sent me. I am paying a water value without having the bill at hand, not knowing what I am actually consuming. I do not point this company out to anyone. Não são nada profissionais, uma ganância absurda, tentam tirar todo o dinheiro possível dos clientes, são confusos, criam problemas por causa de detalhes, te tratam com uma desconfiança inexplicável. Por isso digo a vocês: Não entrem nessa roubada. Vou repetir o que foi dito aqui por uma outra pessoa e que resume perfeitamente o meu comentário: Tratamento desrespeitoso ao ser humano. Essa é a verdade.
Bad experience. Run away from this company. They are unprofessional, absurdly greedy, they try to take as much money as possible from clients, they are confused, they create problems because of details, they treat you with an inexplicable distrust. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conseguimos fechar o aluguel por conta de problemas pessoais, mas achei o tratamento sem qualquer sensibilidade, sem paciência alguma com o cliente leigo, e olha que foi para uma senhora de 70 anos; agora, vendo os comentários da galera, consigo entender que a ganância está acima da sensibilidade com o cliente
