Worst experience. Company that charges SURREAL conditions for guarantors. Never return calls. Looks like they are doing a FAVOR in renting the property. I do not recommend . Terrible ! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui no prédio o inquilino deles tentou invadir a casa de uma moça com um martelo. Sabe-se lá o que queria fazer. O bloco fez pressão pra imobiliária tomar qualquer atitude e ela simplesmente deixou ele aqui mais 2 anos ameaçando a vida das pessoas, alegando "não poder fazer nada". O aluguel (que deve ser uns 900 reais) vale mais que a segurança das pessoas... Triste, pensem bem...

Evitem a qualquer custo, essa administração PREJUDICA deliberadamente e outras imobiliárias e proprietários q tentam alugar imóveis, pois mantém há anos um inquilino com CONTRATO VENCIDO , que tem sérios problemas antissociais, DOENTE, que tem SURTOS VIOLENTOS E ASSUSTADORES, em que quebra todo o apartamento, a qualquer momento do dia, noite ou madrugada. Ele é doente está abandonado e a IMOBILIÁRIA TEM CONSCIÊNCIA DISSO, BLOQUEOU O SINDICO! Existe uma infiltração gigante exposta nesse apto alugado, em q o corredor com as paredes estufadas e a conta de água superando 4 mil reais. Estão prejudicando um sem número de famílias, que vivem expostos ao terror de estar ao lado de alguém DOENTE, AGRESSIVO e ABANDONADO SOZINHO em um apartamento que certamente está todo arrebentado. DESRESPEITO AO IMÓVEL, AO PROPRIETÁRIO DELE, A TODOS QUE MORAM AO REDOR E A PESSOA ABANDONADA, DOENTE E SOZINHA, QUE GRITA SUA DOENÇA A QUEM ESTIVER PERTO.
