Enquanto outras imobiliárias sequer responderam minhas tentativas de agendamento pra conhecer salas, a Sérgio Sampaio foi super solícita. Sanaram minhas dúvidas, fizeram a análise de crédito super rápido, se puseram a minha inteira disposição e enquanto advogada, pontuei uma coisa ou outra no contrato, mas foi tudo conduzido com transparência e sem tentativa se tirar vantagem. Marilúcia, Silvana e Flaviane são muito gentis. Espero que essa boa relação se mantenha. Sem mais, recomendo!
I just closed my lease and despite the short relationship, the first impression was very positive. While other real estate agencies didn't even respond to my booking attempts to visit rooms, Sérgio Sampaio was super helpful. They resolved my doubts, they did the credit analysis super fast, they were at my entire disposal and as a lawyer, I scored something or other in the contract, but everything was conducted with transparency and without any attempt to take advantage. Marilúcia, Silvana and Flaviane are very kind. I hope that good relationship continues. Without further ado, I recommend it!
