★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com essa imobiliária. Entregam o apartamento podre de velho e quer que a gente devolva novo, sem contar o péssimo atendimento e a falta de retorno. Me entregaram um apartamento com a sala em madeira toda manchada e agora querem que eu faça o sinteko na sala toda. Jogam muito sujo! Se forem alugar nessa imobiliária fiquem bem atentos ao contrato e principalmente a vistoria, porque eles cobram coisas que vc nem deve. E a minha maior burrice foi não ter verificado a vistoria, confiei e fiquei com o prejuízo.

If you are going to rent at this real estate, be very attentive to the contract and especially the inspection, because they charge you for things you shouldn't. And my biggest stupidity was not having checked the inspection, I trusted and got the loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem compromisso com o cliente. Omite informações e só fala o que convém. Passei uma semana reunindo documentação para alugar uma apartamento. SEMPRE enviando e-mail ou ligando para um dos consultores, infomando o andamento. Mas no dia posterior ao envio da documentação, esse mesmo consultor me avisa POR EMAIL, que outro cliente passou na frente no envio e que ele seria analisado primeiro. Quando liguei pra entender ele me disse que a culpa foi minha que não enviei documentação nenhuma, se eu tivesse enviado um RG, já garantiria a análise do imóvel. Sendo que no momento que conversamos ele falou que eu teria que enviar TODA a documentação junta. FALTA PROFISSIONALISMO E INFORMAÇÕES CLARAS! Estou muito chateada, pois é a segunda vez que tento fazer negócio com essa imobiliária, e é só PROBLEMA!!!!!
It has no commitment to the customer. It omits information and only speaks what is convenient. I spent a week gathering documentation to rent an apartment. ALWAYS sending e-mail or calling one of the consultants, informing the progress. But the day after the documentation was sent, that same consultant warns me BY EMAIL, that another customer was ahead of the shipment and that he would be analyzed first. When I called to understand he told me that it was my fault that I didn't send any documentation, if I had sent an ID, it would guarantee the analysis of the property. Since the moment we talked he said that I would have to send ALL the documentation together. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CLEAR INFORMATION! I am very upset, as this is the second time I have tried to do business with this real estate company, and it is just PROBLEM !!!!!

Coloca no site que aluga com fiador e quando você gosta de um ap, até mesmo depois de enviar a documentação mais que suficiente pra dar conta do AP, atendente fala que "não trabalham com fiador" e age como se estivesse fazendo favor em perguntar ao proprietário se aceitaria. Faz você ter o trabalho de mandar documentação e quando acredita que está no processo de negociação, fecha com outra pessoa. Deixa disponível no site imóvel indisponível sem qualquer ressalva de que está em processo de locação, embora esteja, porque eles não podem perder o tempo de exposição mas nós podemos perder o tempo de perguntar da disponibilidade. Totalmente sem noção das responsabilidades que tem enquanto empresa, sem compromisso com transparência e claramente se interessa mais em vender seguro fiança e título de capitalização que em alugar. Não recomendo.
