★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa consultou a dona desse lugar sobre data para festa no começo de fevereiro...inicialmente foi informado que não havia datas porém, ANTES DE ONTEM, DIA 18/01, A PRÓPRIA DONA ENTROU EM CONTATO conosco dizendo que "a pessoa que tinha marcado para o dia 03/02/22 tinha desistido e portanto a data estava disponível" ...minha esposa aceitou de imediato e iniciou as negociações do tema da festa, forma de pagamento no cartão de crédito, etc...no entanto, hoje, depois de comunIcar as aniversariantes e convidar pessoas a sra. dona entrou novamente em contato falando, em suma, que "a mulher que tinha desistido voltou atras e como ela já tinha fechado contrato não poderei mais fazer com você o dia 03".. Aí pergunto: PORQUE VEIO NOS OFERECER A DATA ENTÃO? TOTAL FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO, SEM CONTAR A ARROGÂNCIA NO ATENDIMENTO... NÃO RECOMENDO
My wife consulted the owner of this place about a date for a party at the beginning of February...initially he was informed that there were no dates, however, BEFORE YESTERDAY, 01/18, THE OWNER HERSELF CONTACTED us saying that "the person who had scheduled for 03/02/22 had given up and therefore the date was available" ...my wife immediately accepted and began negotiations on the theme of the party, payment method on the credit card, etc... however, today, after communicating the birthdays and inviting people to mrs. The owner got in touch again saying, in short, that "the woman who had given up came back and as she had already closed a contract I will no longer be able to do it with you on the 3rd". TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, WITHOUT COUNTING THE ARROGANCE IN SERVICE... I DO NOT RECOMMEND
