Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a limpeza e organização do local, o trato dos monitores com as crianças, com o aniversariante, a recreação, o atendimento da equipe com os convidados, a reposição das mesas, a decoração a facilidade com que tudo foi resolvido, sempre considerando a vontade do aniversariante.
Faço apenas uma observação que é a impossibilidade de provar antecipadamente o que vai ser servido na festa. Confesso que fiquei um pouco preocupada, mas felizmente posso dizer que estava tudo muito saboroso, nos agradou bastante e muitos convidados também elogiaram !!! O que eu tinha mais medo, era em relação ao bolo, e posso dizer que superou minhas expectativas, um recheio delicioso e os ingredientes eram de qualidade!!!
Quero deixar aqui também minha satisfação em relação a fotógrafa Lisa, uma graça de menina, muito educada, tranquila, e as fotos ficaram lindas!!!
Enfim, graças a essa equipe, meu filho teve um dia maravilhoso e nós pais mais ainda por nossas expectativas terem sido superadas!!!
We had our son's party with this team and we were able to prove the excellence and commitment to the delivery of services. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and organization of the place, the way the monitors dealt with the children, with the birthday person, the recreation, the team's service with the guests, the replacement of the tables, the decoration, the ease with which everything was resolved, always considering the wishes of the birthday boy.
I only make one observation, which is the impossibility of proving in advance what will be served at the party. I confess that I was a little worried, but luckily I can say that everything was very tasty, we liked it a lot and many guests also praised it !!! What I was most afraid of was the cake, and I can say that it exceeded my expectations, a delicious filling and quality ingredients!!!
I also want to leave here my satisfaction with the photographer Lisa, a graceful girl, very polite, calm, and the photos were beautiful!!!
Anyway, thanks to this team, my son had a wonderful day and we parents even more because our expectations were exceeded!!!
