★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado, atendente rude e muito desorganizado além da propaganda enganosa de que as fotos ficam prontas em 30 minutos.
Fui fazer a revelação na hora do meu almoço, enviei a foto via whats conforme solicitado e fui almoçar, 40 minutos depois voltei e não haviam nem aberto às fotos. Fiquei esperando mais 1:20 e quando fui cobrar, para minha surpresa, a pessoa que inprime tinha esquecido das minhas fotos pois deu prioridade para outra cliente que estava fazendo um barraco pois atrasaram também a impressão dela. Enfim quando me entregaram, haviam feito a impressão fosca e não brilhosa, conforme eu havia solicitado.
Resumindo, mais de 2 horas para imprimir 20 fotos e ainda fizeram errado. O desgaste foi tão grande que deixei pra lá e fiquei com as fotos erradas.
O preço é um dos melhores da região porém sem custo-beneficio.
Depois do que passei prefiro pagar mais caro e ter um serviço e um atendimento de qualidade.
Very time consuming, rude and very disorganized attendant besides the misleading advertisement that the photos are ready in 30 minutes.
I went to do the revelation at the time of my lunch, sent the photo via whats as requested and went to lunch, 40 minutes later came back and had not even opened to the photos. I waited for more 1:20 and when I went to charge, to my surprise, the person who prints had forgotten my photos because it gave priority to another client who was making a shack because they also delayed her impression. Anyway when they handed it to me, they had made the matte and non-glossy print as I had requested.
In short, over 2 hours to print 20 photos and still did it wrong. The wear was so great that I let it go and got the wrong photos.
The price is one of the best in the region but without cost-benefit.
After what I spent, I prefer to pay more and have quality service and care.
