Profissional atendente (Elaine) sem o mínimo de interesse em lhe responder as perguntas, respostas breves e curtas, além de não atender a cidade em questão (cerca de 20min de carro - não da pra entender o motivo).
I contacted them for maintenance and modernization of an elevator in the company where I work and the service left a lot to be desired. Professional attendant (Elaine) with no interest in answering your questions, short and short answers, in addition to not serving the city in question (about 20 minutes by car - I can't understand why).
