★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone e não há nenhuma informação para atendimento. O pessoal da portaria é bem grosseiro. Única coisa que salva é o atendimento local na hora de fazer a carteira de trabalho. O atendente foi super gentil.
They do not answer the phone and there is no information to answer. The concierge staff is very rude. The only thing that saves is the local service when it comes to making the work card. The attendant was super kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orgão público nada competente. To tentando ligar faz 5 dias das 9 as 11 do horario de Brasilia e não recebo resposta. Falei com uma tal Sheila e lhe expliquei o que eu necesitava (comprovante de que trabalhei em x empresa) e me falou que isso era só com o gerente e que tinha q discar o ramal 201 ou 202 (com muita incertesa...) Tentei ligar digitando este ramal durante horas e não atendem. Até que eu gostaría de poder ir pessoalmente e resolver minha parada, mas moro fora do país, então o meu único contato possivel é o telefone e coisa que no sai barato ligar desde fora. Bom, não sei se o ramal da gerencia é esse e o gerente não está no seus plantão, ou se é uma mentira para tirar meu problema do meio. Cada vez com mais nojo desse país e de seus orgãos públicos.
Public agency nothing competent. I've been trying to call for 5 days from 9 am to 11 pm Brasilia time and I get no response. I spoke with a Sheila and I explained what I needed (proof that I worked in the company) and she told me that this was only with the manager and that I had to dial extension 201 or 202 (with great uncertainty ...) I tried dialing this extension for hours and do not answer. Until I would like to go personally and solve my stop, but I live outside the country, so my only possible contact is the telephone and it is not cheap to call from the outside. Well, I do not know if the management branch is this and the manager is not on duty, or if it's a lie to get my problem out of the way. Each time with more disgust of this country and its public organs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente nada funciona neste País, Há 1 ano este órgão esta fechado. O telefone 158 não atende, não temos nenhum suporte pelo MTE. Decepção. Baixei a CTPS digital para facilitar e só tenho dor de cabeça. Os dados estão corretos e esta dando divergências dos meus dados. Recebo uma mensagem para ir ao Sine, fui até o local e é preciso agendar para ser atendido. Só tem para junho de 2021.
Unfortunately nothing works in this country, this organ has been closed for 1 year. Telephone 158 does not answer, we do not have any support by MTE. Disappointment. I downloaded the digital CTPS to make it easier and I only have a headache. The data is correct and it is giving divergences from my data. I get a message to go to Sine, I went to the place and I need to schedule to be attended. Only for June 2021.
