★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito rui um acegurado deles bateu no meu carro aciontou para terceiro. e ja tem mais de 15 dias meu carro esta na oficina indicada por eles aguardando autorizaçao.eu nao recomenro. acho maior falta de respeito com gente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem nenhuma empatia com o cliente, paguei mais de 1 ano e meio de seguro, e quando precisei da empresa fui tratado da pior forma possível, aos que ainda são associados, caiam fora!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de prestador guincho péssimo. 1hora e 50 pra ser atendido. O senhor Jonathan só afirma que o problema não é da sigma e sim do prestador. O que não dá pra entender é o que eu tenho haver com isso já que o meu contrato com a Sigma.
Terrible towing service. 1 hour and 50 to be served. Mr. Jonathan only claims that the problem is not with sigma but with the provider. What I can't understand is what I have to do with it since my contract with Sigma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem profissionalismo nenhum. Indicação zero. Entrega o carro com problemas que nao tinha. Airbags entrega sem luz acender e alega que estava assim. Se pudesse dar nota menos 1 seria melhor que 1.
No professionalism at all. Zero indication. Deliver the car with problems you didn't have. Airbags deliver without light on and claims it was like this. If I could rate it less than 1, it would be better than 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido pelo Queiroz, e eu sou terceiro, o problema é a falta de retorno, a demora em retorno, nunca atendia a ligação, quando ele me enviava mensagem falando que ia retomar, e retornava só no dia seguinte, eu jamais imaginaria que demoraria 34 dias a contar da data da vistoria (que por sinal teve 2 não sei o porque até hoje) até eu conseguir pegar meu carro. O “centro automotivo” que escolhi pelas opções que me passaram que era mais próximo do meu serviço, é um lixo em atendimento, é um lixo qualidade de serviço, até porque meu carro arranhou na porta e arranhou o pára-choque que eles pintaram dentro da oficina, e brigaram comigo, ainda, kkk, profissionalismo 0. É incrível que conseguiram fazer isso, sei que a Sigma não tem responsabilidade pela oficina / centro automotivo, mais eles deveriam escolher melhor seus parceiros. Em fim, fiquei muito chateado desde o inicial ao fim, que ninguém passe o que eu passei.

The “automotive center” that I chose from the options that were given to me that was closest to my service, is rubbish in service, it is rubbish quality of service, even because my car scratched on the door and scratched the bumper they painted inside from the workshop, and they even fought with me, kkk, professionalism 0. It's amazing that they managed to do this, I know Sigma has no responsibility for the workshop / automotive center, but they should choose their partners better. In the end, I was very upset from the beginning to the end, that no one goes through what I went through.

Ja utilizei serviço de reboque e chaveiro e em ambas ocasiões fui prontamente atendido, recomendo em todas oportunidade em que assunto sobre seguros e Associação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou associado da Sigma a quase 06 anos quando precisei fui muito bem atendido. E conheço pessoas que já foram indenizado e não teve problema algum. Eu já indiquei várias pessoas da família e amigos e não paro de indicar. Sigma realmente e a única associação que cumpre com tudo que fala. Funcionários super educados. Sempre indico para todos sem contar que o associado ganha desconto por indicação e ainda tem vários sorteios bacana.
I have been a Sigma associate for almost 06 years when I needed it I was very well attended. And I know people who have already been compensated and had no problem. I have already referred several family members and friends and I will not stop referring them. Sigma really is the only association that lives up to everything it says. Super polite staff. I always nominate everyone, not to mention that the associate gets a discount for indication and still has several cool raffles.
