★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários não querem trabalhar! Cheguei hoje às 16h40 para lavagem e o local estava fechado com cone. Estavam finalizando um último carro e o funcionário que me atendeu disse que fechava as 17h. Entendo que as 17h é o ÚLTIMO HORÁRIO DE ATENDIMENTO e não o horário que o último carro deve ser entregue. LAMENTÁVEL! NÃO VOLTO MAIS!
Employees don't want to work! I arrived today at 4:40 pm to wash and the place was closed with a cone. They were finishing one last car and the employee who answered me said it closed at 5pm. I understand that 17h is the LAST SERVICE TIME and not the time that the last car must be delivered. UNFORTUNATE! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro com um funcionário para lavar e quando voltei na hora combinada, quase 3 horas depois, não tinham nem sequer iniciado o serviço. O proprietário pediu para eu esperar meia hora que fariam a lavagem, eu não podia esperar pois tinha um compromisso. O proprietário poderia ter oferecido uma lavagem gratuita ou um desconto para quando pudesse voltar como forma de compensar a situação, voltaria sem problema nenhum, me pediu desculpa apenas, uma pena.
I left my car with an employee to wash and when I came back at the agreed time, almost 3 hours later, they hadn't even started the job. The owner asked me to wait half an hour to do the washing, I couldn't wait because I had an appointment. The owner could have offered a free wash or a discount for when he could return as a way to make up for the situation, he would return without any problem, he just apologized, a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não ganha 5 estrelas, porque eu acho que abre muito tarde e fecha cedo. Ótimo serviço, bom atendimento, oferecem vários serviços, tem uma pequena sala de espera, foto de água e garrafa térmica com café. Bons preços e nos promoção para motoristas de aplicativos.
It just doesn't get 5 stars, because I think it opens very late and closes early. Great service, good service, they offer several services, it has a small waiting room, photo of water and thermos with coffee. Good prices and promotion for app drivers.
