★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje passei por uma situação extremamente chata! Deixei meu carro neste estabelecimento, as 14h para lavagem com cera e fui informada que só ficaria pronto às 16h. Quando retornei às 16:15 meu carro não estava lavado e ainda tive que pagar estacionamento de 15 reais! Questionei a mulher que me atendeu, que nao queria deixar o carro para estacionar, uma vez que naonpago estacionamento onde eu estava nesse período, mas ela se desculpou e cobrounos 15 reais.
Disse ser uma falta de respeito conigo, ja que sempre lavo meu carro lá!
Ela sugeriu a possibilidade do carro ser lavado aquela hora, mas depois de deixarbo carro duas horas lá e nao terem lavado, lavariam como em meia hora???
Me senti lesada! Me senti assaltada pela proprietária, dentro do estabelecimento dela!
No mercado de hoje, atitudes como essa devem ser informadas e nao devem ser ignoradas!
Estou estarrecida com o acontecimento! Não pelos 15 reais, mas pela falta de profissionalismo daquela senhora.
Perderam uma cliente fiel e ganharam 15 reais! Bela troca ora pois!
Today I had an extremely annoying situation! I left my car at this property, 14h washing with wax and was told it would only be ready to 16h. When I returned at 16:15 My car was not washed and still had to pay 15 reais parking! I questioned the woman who attended me, who did not want to leave the car to park, since I did not park where I was in that period, but she apologized and we charged 15 reais.
Said to be a lack of respect with you, since I always wash my car there!
She suggested that the car might be washed at that time, but after leaving the car there for two hours and not having it washed, would it wash in half an hour ???
I felt aggrieved! I felt robbed by the owner inside her establishment!
In today's market, such attitudes must be informed and must not be ignored!
I am appalled by the event! Not for the fifteen reais, but for that lady's lack of professionalism.
They lost a loyal customer and won 15 reais! Beautiful exchange now!
