★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fica aqui meus sincero arrependimento, Atendimento pessimo pessoa que me atendeu super debochada, nao respeito nem a mim, nem ao meu cliente tive problema desde fechamento ate a entrega pois teve peça danificada e eles nao me deram assistencia, inconformada com a falta de honestidade e responsabilidade dessa transportadora, NÃO recomendo!!!!
Here is my sincere regret, Pessimo customer service that attended me super debauched, I do not respect either me or my client I had a problem since closing until delivery because there was a damaged part and they did not give me assistance, disagreed with the lack of honesty and responsibility of this carrier, DO NOT recommend !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, para fechar o frete é uma beleza. Depois pra resolver problemas o Alisson nem atende o telefone, liguei por quase 1 mês pra falar com ele e nunca mais consegui contato. Descumpriu o prazo de entrega e não teve a capacidade de resolver, contratou outra transportadora e simplesmente me passou o contato para que eu resolvesse pra ele. Detalhe...o frete já foi pago a quase 2 meses e mesmo assim não teve o minimo de respeito com o cliente!!!
Bad service, to close shipping is a beauty. Then to solve problems Alisson doesn't even answer the phone, I called for almost 1 month to talk to him and never got contact. He missed the delivery deadline and didn't have the ability to settle, hired another carrier and simply gave me the contact so I could settle for him. Detail ... the freight has already been paid for almost 2 months and yet has not had the least respect for the customer !!!

Worst carrier I've ever worked with in my life. They are only good when it comes to receiving. Horrible delivery, totally disorganized, get tangled up in the explanation. I don't recommend!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma cotação, além de demorar, ainda um atendimento bem fraquinho... Sei lá, o mundo numa crise absurda, a gente com a tecnologia na palma da mão e ficar mais de 3h aguardando um orçamento, não me parece razoável. Não recomendo.

Frete nao pagou o diesel prejuizo de R$1.000,00 ainda ajudei na descarga, se nao tinha ficado pro outro dia, ja foram 5 horas parados so esperando receber, estou no posto aguardando pra pagar. Humilhaçao! E agora nem resposta tenho de ninguem la, nem o saldo na conta. DESRESPEITO!
I'm a driver, I took a freight from this company and if regret would kill... Freight did not pay for the diesel loss of R$1,000.00 I even helped with the unloading, if I hadn't stayed for another day, it's been 5 hours stopped just waiting to receive, I'm not post waiting to pay. Humiliation! And now I have no response from anyone there, nor the balance in the account. DISrespect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem compromisso com os clientes, péssimo atendimento, uma tal de Eduarda é mau educada, não da satisfação e o tal do gestor se nega atender o cliente e se esconde, demorou 15 dias pra chegar no meu cliente e ambos tentou falar com o tal gestor que só respondeu quando acionado juridicamente. Não recomendo, se você respeita seu cliente não confie nessa empresa.
She has no commitment to customers, poor service, this Eduarda is rude, not satisfied and the manager refuses to serve the customer and hides, it took 15 days to reach my client and they both tried to talk to him. manager who only responded when legally triggered. I don't recommend it, if you respect your customer don't trust this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usei os serviços dessa transportadora para mandar objetos pessoais de SP para Porto Alegre, fui super bem atendida pela funcionária Maria Luiza, ela prestou toda a assitência necessária pelo whatsapp toda vez que chamava e minhas coisas chegaram dentro do prazo estabelecido. Mandei para a casa de um amigo e ele enviou fotos das caixas , a principio está tudo certo. Usarei mais vezes o serviço.
