★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada dia que ligamos nos passam um prazo diferente, cada um dos atendentes fala que a carga esta em um lugar diferente, não nos atendem de forma alguma, no mesmo dia chegamos a ligar 98 vezes e mesmo assim ninguem nos atende, quando atendem desligam na nossa cara, uma falta de respeito com o cliente que somente quer saber a posição da carga

Depois de aceitar o novo preço simplesmente sumiram e não deram mais nenhuma informação. Não responde no Whatsapp e não atende o telefone. Absurdo
Company without preparation and commitment to the customer, I contacted via Whatsapp they gave me a price, then they gave me another amount claiming that the attendant was new and spent the wrong budget. After accepting the new price they simply disappeared and gave no further information. Does not answer on Whatsapp and does not answer the phone. Absurd

STRIPPING COMPANY, TOTALLY WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY, AFTER COLLECTING THE MATERIAL MAKE THE DELIVERY ON THE DAY YOU WANT, WITHOUT FULFILLING THE COMBINED DEADLINE.
THEY DELIVERED MY DPS MATERIAL FROM 15 DAYS OF THE MATCHED TERM, STILL HAD TO PAY MORE THAN THE AMOUNT AMOUNTED FOR HIM TO DELIVER THE MATERIAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa coletou meu material, com destino a Brasília e no dia da entrega, o motorista "esqueceu de entregar". Depois disto, foi só dor de cabeça. Reagendei a entrega para dali alguns dias, e a empresa simplesmente desapareceu. No dia agendado, entrei em contato e simplesmente fui informada que o material não seria entregue pois não tinha carro para região. Desde então começou a luta para reaver nosso material. Já solicitamos a devolução do mesmo e a devolução do dinheiro, e até o presente momento, nada. Ninguém atende telefone, ninguém atende whattsapp. Ficamos ao léo. Descaso total com o cliente. Ficaram com nosso material parado por mais de 30 dias. Por fim, fomos até a sede em SP sem aviso e conseguimos recuperar nosso material. Várias caixas estão rasgadas e abertas. Além de perder meu cliente, fiquei no prejuízo.

We have already requested the return of the same and the return of the money, and so far, nothing. Nobody answers the phone, nobody answers whattsapp. We stay close to the lion. Total neglect with the customer. They had our material stopped for more than 30 days. Finally, we went to the headquarters in SP without warning and managed to recover our material. Several boxes are torn and opened. In addition to losing my client, I was at a loss.
I do not recommend.
