★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O contratado nao chega e toda noite ela cai e final de semana sem chance de atendimento uma pena ...no evolui...criar um.chat on line pra informações...pedidos de atendimentos...e sem falar que mimha fatura venceu dia 5 e dia 17 no recebi nada e eles nem ligam pra avissr o clente do atraso devem ta com grana....vou procurar outra eta apenas um teste..mas sem atendimento finais de semana to fora
 The contractor does not arrive and every night it falls and the weekend with no chance of meeting a penalty ... it does not evolve ... create an online chat for information ... requests for appointments ... and not to mention my invoice he won on the 5th and the 17th, I didn't receive anything and they don't even care to tell the client about the delay, they should be on the money .... I'm going to look for another eta just a test ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, não tem o menor respeito com o cliente, já fiz vários chamados e nunca mandara um técnico sequer. Pago por 15mb e meu irmão da casa de baixo por 30 se juntar a minha e a dele não dá 1mb principalmente a noite quando não tem nada né.
Horrible, he doesn't have the slightest respect for the client, I've made several calls and never sent a technician. I pay for 15mb and my brother from the bottom house for 30 to join mine and his does not give 1mb especially at night when there is nothing right.

Só é realizado em horário comercial, se vc tiver problemas na sexta-feira, esquece só na segunda-feira que talvez vc terá seu problema resolvido.
No meu caso tive o cabo arrebentado em uma quarta-feira véspera de feriado, só religaram o cabo na terça-feira seguinte, quase uma semana sem net e sem desconto na fatura por falta de prestação de serviço.
A impressão que tenho é que estas empresas acreditam que estão fazendo favor para os clientes, e não que estão vendendo um serviço superfaturado...
What disappoints me with the company is its technical support.
It is only done during business hours, if you have problems on Friday, forget only on Monday that maybe you will have your problem solved.
In my case I had the cable broken on a Wednesday eve of a holiday, the cable was only rewired on the following Tuesday, almost a week without a net and without discount on the invoice due to lack of service provision.
The impression I have is that these companies believe that they are doing customers a favor, not that they are selling an overpriced service ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou usando a 1 ano e só tenho arrependimentos , no começo era maravilhosa agora todo dia de noite eu tenho problemas de conexão minha net fica tão lenta que nem netflix abre e n consigo usar . Já liguei e já pedi pra arrumar isso é até hj continua a mesma droga .
I've been using it for 1 year and I only have regrets, at first it was wonderful now every day at night I have connection problems my net is so slow that even netflix opens and I can't use it. I already called and asked to fix this is until today the same drug continues.

Internet often falls out of nowhere and the service to solve problems is terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei um pacote de 15mg e não consigo se quer jogar online, as perdas de pacotes são constantes, pings oscilando muito e quando você entra em contato com o suporte nada resolvem.
I hired a 15mg pack and I can't even play online, packet losses are constant, pings fluctuate a lot and when you get in touch with support they don't solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa é boa mas quando tem uma falha na rede a equipe de manutenção é fraca demora quase dois dias pra resolver o problema estou pensando seriamente em trocar se continuar desse jeito ainda mais que trabalho com home office ta dificil a situação!!
