Nas últimas semanas, a internet está um negação, durante o dia, pela manhã é completamente lenta, ao meio dia ela fica sem conexão e fica assim por horas, a noite por voltas das 18:00 horas da tarde, a conexão volta mas fica lenta, e fica nessa lentidão até por volta das 21:00 horas da noite. E no dia seguinte é do mesmo jeito. A gente paga pra ter uma internet boa, não exigimos a internet perfeita, mas deveria no mínimo ser boa, e não é nem isso. A gente liga para melhorarem e vem em casa, ficam mexendo em algumas coisas, vão embora e em poucos minutos a internet volta a ser a mesma negação.
The internet was good, but lately it's been one of the worst. In the last weeks, the internet is a denial, during the day, in the morning it is completely slow, at noon it has no connection and it is like this for hours, the night around 18:00 pm, the connection comes back but is slow, and is slow until around 9 pm. And the next day is the same way. We pay to have a good internet, we don't require the perfect internet, but it should at least be good, and it's not even that. We call to get better and come home, keep messing with some things, go away and in a few minutes the internet is again the same denial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem antes a internet era até boa mais nos últimos meses ela tem um sinal péssimo e a conexão também,eu jogo Free Fire e antigamente o ping(sinal) era muito bom mais agora está horrível,espero que após todas essas críticas negativas melhorem o atendimento é sua responsabilidade com o cliente.
