Eu tenho diversas situações para relatar e justificar minha insatisfação, mas vou dar minha opinião de forma objetiva: Péssimo serviço; péssimos profissionais; péssimo atendimento. Tudo o que eu tive enquanto usei os serviços da imobiliária foi dor de cabeça. Pode acreditar, a relação entre locatário e inquilino será muito mais saudável sem a interferência deles.
I had to give a star to be able to comment, otherwise I would give none. I have several situations to report and justify my dissatisfaction, but I will give my opinion objectively: Poor service; lousy professionals; terrible attendance. All I had while using the real estate services was a headache. Believe me, the relationship between tenant and tenant will be much healthier without their interference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu aluguei o imóvel o inquilino quebrou o contrato, , não pagaram o valor certo Ele ficam ao lado do inquilino. Eu só quero o que é certo . . Algumas são mau educado ficou gritando comigo a funcionária da parte administrativa. Eu iria colocar mais casas pra locação com ele . Pois o meu pai era corretor mais pela idade dele de 83 anos ele não tem mais condições de administrar. Já tinha até entregado as chaves pra eles fazer a locação. Deus me livre. Tomei as chaves deles. A única funcionário que faz o seu trabalho com qualidade e o Carlos e era a Teresinha.. Não recomendo

Preconceituosos e discriminatórios, fizeram preencher diversas fichas, mandar diversos documentos, fizeram levantamento processual e ficam questionando sobre o que se trata o processo (PROCESSO PUBLICO). Não dão nenhum respaldo, te fazem aguardar para no final você cansar e desistir do imóvel. DESRESPEITO TOTAL, NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM.
Bad real estate! Prejudiced and discriminatory, they made several forms filled out, sent different documents, made a procedural survey and keep questioning what the process is about (PUBLIC PROCESS). They do not give any support, they make you wait for in the end you get tired and give up the property. TOTAL DISRESPECT, I DO NOT INDICATE TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamento mas discordo totalmente, fizeram quase um inferno da minha vida por não ter renovado o contrato, com cobranças constantes via mensagem e ligação sobre a entrega da chave mesmo após avisar a data que ia sair. Aluguei um imóvel com inúmeros problemas estruturais e no tempo que permaneci no mesmo quase nada foi feito. A única experiência boa realmente foi antes de alugar a casa.
I'm sorry but I totally disagree, they made my life almost hell for not having renewed the contract, with constant charges via message and call about the delivery of the key even after informing me of the date I was going to leave. I rented a property with numerous structural problems and during the time I stayed there, almost nothing was done. The only really good experience was before renting the house.
