Estão todas guardadas na caixinha própria para jóias e em local seco,.fui até a loja e uma das atendentes trocou pra mim sem exitar, porém novamente oxidaram 5 delas e eu comprei para presentear às minhas madrinhas, queria dar o convite ainda esse mês, mas Ta sendo impossível com essas pulseiras praticamente pretas. Tentei ligar na loja, mas devido a pandemia não tive sucesso. Gostaria que me ajudassem e olhassem o que podem fazer por mim por gentileza, já comprei mais de 3 vezes na joalheria e é a primeira vez que tive problema com às peças.
I liked the employees and the service, but I bought 12 semi-precious bracelets and 10 oxidized without having been used. They are all kept in a jewelry box and in a dry place. I went to the store and one of the attendants changed it for me without hesitation, but again they oxidized 5 of them and I bought them as a gift to my bridesmaids, I wanted to give the invitation later this month, but it's being impossible with these practically black bracelets. I tried to call the store, but due to the pandemic I was unsuccessful. I would like you to help me and look at what they can do for me, please, I already bought more than 3 times in the jewelry store and this is the first time I had a problem with the pieces.
