★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, as funcionárias ficam discutindo assuntos pessoais e até mesmo da empresa, pela conversa pude observar que o Sr.Marcos é chefe delas é que por sua vez é folgado.
As atendentes não tem critério para chamar a fila de prioridades, se chegar 200 pessoas para qualquer serviço elas vão passando na frente.
Só volto lá por que não tenho muitas opções.
Terrible service, the employees are discussing personal matters and even the company, from the conversation I could see that Mr. Marcos is their boss and in turn he is lazy.
The attendants do not have criteria to call the priority queue, if 200 people arrive for any service they will pass ahead.
I just go back there because I don't have many options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência péssima, atendentes lentas, na maioria das vezes mau humoradas e grossas. É raro as vezes que você consegue vê-las de bom humor e tratando as pessoas bem. Ficam conversando paralelamente o tempo todo, mesmo com a fila gigantesca. Além de fazer o atendimento prioritário sem nenhum critério. As filas as vezes ficam dobrando a rua e elas só atendem os prioritários. Enfim, só uso em caso de emergência, porque fica perto de casa.
Terrible agency, slow attendants, most of the time grumpy and rude. It's rare that you can see them in a good mood and treating people well. They are talking in parallel all the time, even with the gigantic queue. In addition to providing priority service without any criteria. The lines are sometimes lining the street and they only serve the priority ones. Anyway, I only use it in an emergency, because it's close to home.
