Tinha que pegar um objeto meu lá mas vou sair perdendo pq não tenho horario livre
Não vou receber reembolso mas vou jogar eles na justiça se e oq eles querem
A terrible disgrace does not know how to serve people properly I will have to play in court because I did not want to answer before lunch missing 10 minutes and closing the door in my face
I had to get an object of mine there but I'm going to lose it because I don't have free time
I won't get a refund but I will bring them to justice if and what they want

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente é simpática, mas eles não atendem o telefone, e a agência fecha para almoço -- coisa que eu nunca vi na vida, uma agência de correio fechar para almoço. É sempre apenas UMA atendente para dar conta do público, o que gera filas, e a agência para de atender às 15h ou 15h30, ou seja, o horário não está compatível com o que está postado aqui. É um universo paralelo.
The clerk is nice, but they don't answer the phone, and the branch closes for lunch -- something I've never seen in my life, a post office close for lunch. There is always just ONE attendant to handle the public, which generates queues, and the agency stops serving at 15:00 or 15:30, that is, the time is not compatible with what is posted here. It's a parallel universe.
