★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de não entregar a encomenda, agora estão fechados por causa do covid. Me explica, pelo amor de Deus, como vou pegar a minha encomenda q está na agência a 3 dias. Os correios precisa acabar. São incompetentes ,irresponsáveis , desorganizados e preguiçosos. Não conseguem prestar um serviço de qualidade, nem de longe. Toda vez é a msm coisa.
In addition to not delivering the order, they are now closed because of covid. Explain to me, for God's sake, how I'm going to pick up my order that's been at the agency for 3 days. The post office needs to stop. They are incompetent, irresponsible, disorganized and lazy. They cannot provide a quality service, not even remotely. Every time it's the same thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima prestação de serviço. Extrema falta de respeito com os clientes. Não avisam pelo site, Google... que estão fechados. O aviso segue a caneta colada na porta fechada que é uma demonstração de precariedade sobre o profissionalismo que é zero.
Terrible service delivery. Extremely disrespectful to customers. They don't warn you on the website, Google... that they are closed. The notice follows the pen pasted on the closed door which is a demonstration of precariousness over the professionalism that is zero.
