★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapaz, que empresa é essa que só tem comentários negativos? MISERICÓRDIA!!! Estava pesquisando passagens para viajar com meus filhos fazendo paradas p verem como que é... Mas, com tanto comentário negativo ate fiquei assustada... irei de avião mesmo.
obs: Agora realmente que a gente liga e liga p fazer com alguém para pedir tais informações e não atende ninguém nem o educado e nem o mal educado... Comecei a achar q realmente não tem funcionários....
 Boy, what company is this that only has negative comments? MERCY!!! I was researching tickets to travel with my children making stops to see what it is like ... But, with so much negative comment I was even scared ... I will go by plane.
obs: Now really that we call and call p do with someone to ask such information and does not meet anyone neither the polite nor the rude ... I started to think that there really are no employees ....

Nobody answers the company's phone in Aracaju, moreover the bus I took was old, had no support for wi-fi or USB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero uma Empresa que não esta nem air para o cliente, não recomendo para as pessoas que gosta das coisas corretas, os telefones fixos não funciona, as informações das bases de outros Estados não bate com as de Aracaju/se, se por um acaso os Diretores ler esta critica entre em contatos com os clientes e verá que sua Empresa por falta de fiscalização esta cada vez mais afundando. Zero a Company that is not even air for the customer, do not recommend to people who likes the right things, landlines do not work, information from other states bases does not match those of Aracaju / if, if by chance Directors read this critique get in touch with customers and you will see that your Company due to lack of supervision is increasingly sinking. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Itapemirim está pessima no atendimento e nos ônibus oferecidos, principalmente aqui em Aracaju-SE.
Pra conseguir comprar uma passagem no guichê tem que ser de manhã. O pior é que só tem essa opção pra viajar daqui pro Rio de Janeiro... Super chateado
Itapemirim is terrible at the service and the buses offered, especially here in Aracaju-SE.
To be able to buy a ticket at the ticket window it has to be in the morning. The worst thing is that you only have this option to travel from here to Rio de Janeiro ... Super upset

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa é uma vergonha , comprei uma passagem para meu irmão de Aracaju para belo horizonte dia 06/11/21, o ônibus atrasou 4 horas e quase meu irmão perde o outro ônibus para São Paulo, não tinha um número que atendesse para falar o que estava acontecendo, hoje dia 1211/21 meu irmão voltando para Aracaju pega um ônibus velho ,com o banheiro todo sujo.... Isso é uma falta de respeito com o consumidor , pagar uma passagem cara e pegar um ônibus pior que clandestino.
Péssima esperiencia com essa empresa Itapemirim.
This company is a shame, I bought a ticket for my brother from Aracaju to Belo Horizonte on 11/06/21, the bus was delayed 4 hours and my brother almost misses the other bus to São Paulo, I didn't have a number to answer the phone. what was happening, today 1211/21 my brother, returning to Aracaju, takes an old bus, with the bathroom all dirty.... This is a lack of respect for the consumer, paying an expensive ticket and taking a worse than clandestine bus.
Terrible experience with this Itapemirim company.
