★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vc vai até a agência e é informado q seu atendimento só é realizado por agendamento, aí além de vc perder a viagem, tempo e dinheiro, vc morre de ligar pra agendar o tal atendimento e não te atendem!No app e site vc consegue o número do telefone desta agência 3059 q é o 38080350 porém o banco não atende ligação,UMA VERGONHA E FALTA DE RESPEITO, um banco privado não ter um funcionário pra atender telefone ou interessado em fazer seu trabalho já q o telefone chama 5 vezes e é tirado do gancho!Sabemos q provavelmente a desculpa clássica é "Pandemia"! É possível fazer quase tudo pelo app, e o pouco q os funcionários fazem ainda não são competentes, coitado de quem paga esses salários!Chocante, estamos em 2021 hein!Quase 80 ligações e ngm atendeu!??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️
