Funcionários extremamente mal educados, sem empatia com o próximo. Procurei a agencia hoje 25/05/2021, estava com meu bebê de 2 meses fiquei meia hora em pé esperando um atendimento, quando o funcionário resolveu me atender foi super rude, meu bebê começou a chorar e ele visivelmente incomodado com o choro não teve um pingo de empatia o interesse dele era apenas me despachar.

Extremely rude staff, no empathy with others. I looked for the agency today, 05/25/2021, I was with my 2 month old baby, I stood for half an hour waiting for an appointment, when the employee decided to meet me, he was super rude, my baby started crying and he was visibly uncomfortable with the crying. an ounce of empathy his interest was just to get rid of me.
