★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom vou falar um fato que aconteceu com migo achei total desrespeito minha mãe faleu dia 17 de maio ela tinha conta corrente nessa agência e poupança a mais de 30 anos.Fiz o documento com o juiz onde ele medeu o total poder para tirar o dinheiro da contas de minha mãe e fechar a conta e transferir para minha pois sou cliente da mesma agência e meus irmão são clientes personalite do Itaú.Estive na agência levei todos os documentos necessários aguardei pois tinha que ir para parte jurídica do Itaú me ligaram 15 dias depois para eu receber chegando lá so me pagaram o dinheiro da conta corrente e se negaram a pagar o da poupança. Tolal absurdo pois o juiz me deu total poder em retirar o dinheiro de minha mãe eles querem que eu peça outro papel para o juiz pois tenho que pagar o advogado novamente não confio mais nesse banco vou fechar minha conta se não for resolvido.
Well, I’m going to tell you about a fact that happened to me. I thought it was totally disrespectful. My mother spoke on May 17th, she had a current account at this agency and savings for over 30 years. my mother's accounts and close the account and transfer it to mine as I am a client of the same agency and my brothers are personalite clients of Itaú. for me to get there, they only paid me the money from the checking account and refused to pay the savings account. Tolal absurd because the judge gave me full power to withdraw money from my mother they want me to ask the judge for another paper because I have to pay the lawyer again I don't trust this bank anymore I will close my account if it is not resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de manifestar minha insatisfação com a Gerente Karina que não se mostrou interessada no problema que é urgente, foi promovida e deixou pendências para o gerente atual que irá ter que refazer o trabalho dela... ou seja, prejudicou um cliente de 69 anos hospitalizado que está com todas as contas atrasadas!!!
Estou insatisfeita e peço para colocar uma pessoa que saiba trabalhar com o público pq a atendente do térreo é péssima e de mal humor!!!
Não indico essa agência para ninguém!!!
