★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me matriculei nessa unidade em 2018 para fazer 2 cursos, mais desisti e só fui a 1 unica aula de manicure e nem uma aula de sobrancelhas, fui até a escola avisando que infelizmente não quetia mais dar continuidade aos cursos por motivos pessoais, a mulher cm quem falei me humilhou falou coisas horriveis, eu fiquei muito mal sai da unidade direto para o hospital prq estava começando a sofrer com transtorno psiquiátrico, depois3ainda tentei entrar em contato mais eles queriam que eu pagasse o valor cheio, larguei mão prq cada dia era um stress cm as pessoas dela, na hora que vamos nos matrícula é tudo lindo mais se resistir sua vida fica péssima para qqer coisa dentro da escola, enfim meu nome esta sujo por uma coisa que eu ñ fiz e eles não fazem nem um acordo, pessima escola péssimo atendimento
I enrolled in this unit in 2018 to take 2 courses, but I gave up and only went to 1 single manicure class and not even an eyebrow class, I went to the school saying that unfortunately I didn't want to continue the courses for personal reasons, the woman cm the one who spoke humiliated me said horrible things, I was very badly left the unit straight to the hospital because I was starting to suffer from a psychiatric disorder, after 3 I still tried to get in touch but they wanted me to pay the full amount, I left my hand every day it was one stress on her people, at the time we are going to enroll, everything is beautiful but if you resist your life it gets terrible for anything inside the school, anyway my name is dirty because of something I didn't do and they don't even make a deal, really bad poor service school

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível tinha feito a matrícula para o curso de designer de sobrancelhas,não assisti uma aula teórica ou prática fui apenas no dia da apresentação do professor, não peguei nem o material.tive que cancelar o curso por motivos de trabalho,e eles queriam cobrar uma multa que só era cabível caso o aluno tivesse assistido a aula por conta da carga horária,carga horária essa que eu não obtive. É um péssimo lugar ,com péssimo atendimento eles só pensam no dinheiro só Querem
empurrar o curso para você,e não explicam nada sobre o contrato.e no caso ainda eles não tem nenhum recurso pra cancelamento do curso na instituição.eles atendem bem só na hora de fazer a matrícula agem por interesse!! Para eles o cliente não tem razão.
Horrible had done the enrollment for the eyebrow designer course, I didn't attend a theoretical or practical class, I went only on the day of the teacher's presentation, I didn't even take the material. I had to cancel the course for work reasons, and they wanted to charge a fee. fine that was only applicable if the student had attended the class due to the workload, which I did not get. It's a terrible place, with terrible service they only think about money only
push the course for you, and do not explain anything about the contract. And in this case they still do not have any resources for canceling the course at the institution. they attend well only when registering, they act out of interest !! For them the customer is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima escola que não tem comprometimento nem disponibilidade com o aluno. Você manda uma mensagem pra resolver algo ou tirar dúvida e eles respondem 3 dias depois, ou seja, se acontecer alguma urgência e precisar se comunicar com eles, esqueça. Professora péssima que não ajuda os alunos em nada e só fica com a cara no celular e fofocando a aula toda. Pior investimento que eu fiz e infelizmente não tem como voltar no tempo.
Bad school that has no commitment or availability with the student. You send a message to solve something or ask questions and they answer 3 days later, that is, if there is an emergency and need to communicate with them, forget it. Lousy teacher who doesn't help students at all and just keeps her face on her cell phone and gossiping the whole class. Worst investment I made and unfortunately there is no way back in time.
