Isso quando os caixas eletrônicos conseguem funcionar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os caixas eletrônicos estão desatualizados... Precisava ter os caixas que fazem depósito diretamente sem o envelope...como Bradesco e Brasil existe.
ATMs are out of date ... There needed to be ATMs that make deposits directly without the envelope ... like Bradesco and Brazil exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estou indignado, com este Banco ficar fechado em pleno fim de ano, não é possível nem sacar dinheiro nos caixas eletrônicos, tenho conta p pagar que precisa ser em dinheiro e o Banco fechado. e um absurdo?

Agência super lotada, os idosos foram jogados lá , suas contas para receber a aposentadoria, é desumano o que o Itau fez, encheu de contas dos aposentados e não tem nenhuma estrutura para atender os idosos. Se quer tem uma pessoa para ajudar na senha, eles ficam pedindo para as outras pessoas, ficam nas filas e o Covid solto. Itaú um banco horrível. Recuso ter conta nesse banco, e nem minha mãe que é aposentada. Façam portabilidade para que seus pais não passem por esse banco, a situação lá é triste,ver aqueles pessoas por horas em fila. Um banco onde aumentam as contas e continuam com a mesma quantia de funcionários. Estrutura de atendimento para os idosos NOTA ZERO! Dou Parabéns aos funcionários que ainda estão lá, eles atendem bem, mas do resto nada bom.
They don't answer the phone!!! The agency was super crowded, the elderly were thrown there, their accounts to receive their retirement, what Itau did is inhumane, it filled with retirees' accounts and has no structure to serve the elderly. If you want to have a person to help you with the password, they keep asking other people, they stand in lines and Covid is released. Itau is a horrible bank. I refuse to have an account in this bank, and neither does my mother, who is retired. Make portability so your parents don't go through this bank, the situation there is sad, seeing those people in line for hours. A bank where the accounts increase and continue with the same number of employees. Care structure for the elderly ZERO NOTE! I congratulate the employees who are still there, they serve well, but the rest is not good.
