★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem parece serviço público, sempre fui muito bem tratado. As filas andam rápido e sempre tem caixas eletrônicos disponíveis. A segurança deste banco é muito boa, gosto do recuo que ele tem da rua, e os policiais ou guardas sempre estão próximos da entrada do banco.
It doesn't even look like public service, I've always been treated very well. The queues move fast and there are always ATMs available. The security of this bank is very good, I like the retreat it has from the street, and the police or guards are always close to the bank's entrance.

Você chega às 09h45, não tem senha (porque a funcionária falou na lata que não queria dar), às 11h17 fui chamado e ela me deu a senha. 15 minutos depois fui atendido. Ou seja, para o registro do banco, eles são eficientes: só 15 minutos de fila. Piada e descaso. Se puder fugir, fuja!
The service is a joke. You arrive at 9:45 am, you don't have a password (because the employee said she didn't want to give it), at 11:17 am I was called and she gave me the password. 15 minutes later I was answered. In other words, for bank registration, they are efficient: only 15 minutes of queue. Joke and disregard. If you can run away, run away!
