Service from the management and pessimo, I ordered the current account card, it's been 2 months and until today I don't get this card to get my salary I have to go to the agency it's complicated this itau and when I go to the bank these managers don't no help at all

pegaram meu numero de telefone meu email disseram que ia me da a resposta e ja se passaram 10 dias e ate agora nada..
infelizmente vou te que voltar la novamente.. enfrentar fila tudo de novo.
Bad service, they did not solve a simple problem ..
they took my phone number, my email said they would give me the answer and 10 days have passed and so far nothing.
unfortunately i will have to go back there again .. face the queue all over again.
