★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, atualmente com a pandemia, com aglomeração com fila imensamente grande dentro da agência. Atendimento demora muito. Não deixam retirar a senha para não contar o tempo limite. Não recomendo !!! O gerente da agência poderia olhar melhor para o atendimento dos clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Causaram prejuízo Sr Oliveira disse ter ag. Em Portugal não consegui pagar cartão. Hoje paguei passagem 3 vezes mais. Voltei encerrei conta de mais 20anos. Me vi na obrigação de enviar $36.000,00 para Banestes. Sem informação se podia enviar pra B. Brasil conta que ultilizava. Não indico a ninguém. Ainda tenho último pagamento dia 20 com juros sem necessidade.
Terrible attendance. They caused damage Mr Oliveira said he had ag. In Portugal I was unable to pay a card. Today I paid a ticket 3 times more. I came back I closed account of more 20 years. I found myself obliged to send $ 36,000.00 to Banestes. Without information it could be sent to B. Brazil account that it used. I don't tell anyone. I still have the last payment on the 20th with interest not necessary.
