Muita ineficiência no serviço prestado ao consumidor.
Clientes desistindo de serem atendidos pela longa espera.
Por esses e outros motivos que pouco a pouco estão perdendo clientes para Fintechs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Itaú era um banco a 2 anos atras muito bom , na quinta logo após o carnaval o atendimento estava péssimo um desrrepeito com as pessoas no sol ou na chuva ,elas estão la do lado de fora .E a fucionaria que auxilia a fila é muito deboxada com os clientes , discute com idosos na fila , muito despreparada para o cargo.
Agora os guardas super anteciosos com todos.
Itaú was a very good bank 2 years ago, on the Thursday right after carnival the service was terrible a disrespect for people in the sun or rain, they are outside. And the staff that helps the queue is very deboxed with customers, argues with elderly people in line, very unprepared for the position.
Now the guards are super anxious with everyone.
