Pontos negativos: Poucos funcionários que para piorar não fazem todos os procedimentos, te fazendo aguardar por muito tempo. Faltou uma parceria para liberação do estacionamento.

Muito difícil encontrar o gerente na agência. Mesmo sendo uma agência em local pouco movimentado, ou seja, agência quase vazia, o atendimento não é satisfatório ao público presencial. É melhor seguir o conceito do banco em sua proposta digital.
Itau's digital style bank, meaning there is no cashier for payments and transfers, everything is done by Internet or ATM service. Very difficult to find the manager in the agency.
